This beautiful Advent event celebrates the way our love can bring light to the darkness of our world. We begin with the story of Mary weaving a robe for the Christ Child.
The children will each have an opportunity to experience a journey into darkness as they walk in silence to the centre of the Spiral which has been created with evergreen boughs and they bring their light to the world by placing their candle (artificial) on a silver star. As a parent, you are invited to attend this event at approximately 4:30 and join us afterward for a light snack. If you arrive late to the event, please enter in silence so that you do not disrupt the mood of the event. If your child is too young to walk through the spiral alone, you may wish to accompany him or her or an older child may be a helper.
